Our classes are designed with a combination of stretching and strengthening postures to address the specific needs of your employees. Our teachers will give modified poses for beginners so that they never feel left out while practicing yoga in our general class. Every class ends with meditation to ensure your employees are relaxed and focused for the rest of their day.
We can teach any style of yoga that your employee connect with such as Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa or Chair Yoga. If you prefer your employees to practise meditation instead of physical yoga we will be happy to cater for that, as we have many long term meditators as our teachers.
