Yoga Asanas in our Studio:

Regular practice of yoga asanas increases flexibility, strengthens and tones muscles, balances hormones, cleanses and flushes all of the internal systems of the body, calms the mind and reduces stress.

All of our classes are non competitive and focus on safely progressing from easier, to more challenging poses. Classes are suitable for all levels and can be adapted to be more challenging, or gentle, as required. In this way each person can benefit from a level of yoga asanas to suit their capabilities. All classes include meditation and relaxation sessions.

Hatha Yoga Asana: Easy

1 hour

Gentle stretching and breathing for every body. In this class you’ll gently loosen stiff joints and ease out aching muscles while soothing the nervous system and calming the mind. A wonderful class for those recovering from injury* or for those looking for a gentler, more relaxing class.

Energy Yoga Asana

1 hour 15 min

Energy Asana classes combine strength, flexibility, focus and breathing. These classes will increase your aerobic fitness, invigorate your body and deepen your Asanas. This challenging class is suitable for students familiar with alignment and muscle control.

Stretch & Relax Classes

1 hour

Easy stretching for every body combined with deep relaxation, kirtan and meditation. This class is soothing and restorative, a great class for those recovering from injury*, and seniors*. Free the body then calm the mind.

Morning Yoga Course

1 hour

There are many benefits of starting the day with our morning yoga course.

  • It will keep you grounded and aid rational thinking, making for a peaceful day.
  • It will boost your energy throughout the day.
  • It will increase metabolism, assist with losing weight, and help you make better food choices throughout the day.
  • Yoga boosts serotonin levels and these feel good hormones will make you happier.
  • It will give you a sense of self empowerment, having accomplished your practice before your working day.

Holistic Yoga

Yoga is the one of the most ancient philosophical systems, enabling a lifestyle of complete physical, mental & spiritual well being.

Yoga asanas are the introductory aspect of the yoga system and are designed to assist a practitioner with:

developing a strength, stamina and flexibility of the body

increasing the efficiency of the internal systems in the body, such as the digestive system, blood circulation, nervous system etc

calm your mind by practicing different breath work or pranayam

becoming more aware and activating the subtle energy channels or ``chi`` in your body

developing qualities such as concentration, introspection, contemplation etc

This ancient system of exercises and lifestyle can be practiced by anyone and everyone
